Whether it's cutting, processing or customising your laminates and prepregs, we only use the latest machines and tools. Our highly specialised customisation centre for base materials has the capability to meet (almost) any customer requirement.
TECHNOLAM performs the following customised services:
- Fully automated precision cutting of laminates, thin core laminates and prepregs to the customer's required size
- Edge milling, corner rounding and surface cleaning of laminate panels
- Labelling and laser-assisted thickness measuring of laminate panels for quality assurance purposes
- Prepreg cutting with twin unwinders and clean waste collection
- Tempering of thin core laminates for improved dimensional stability
- State-of-the-art embossed labelling and panel coding via laser
- Alternating stacking of laminate panels incl. counting marks
After completion of the customised services, we will professionally and securely store your specially processed products. Our large-scale high-bay warehouses and cold-storage facilities provide us with extensive stocking capabilities. These storage options, combined with barcode-assisted material handling, create a flexible logistics system that enables us to promptly ship the requested products to our customers.
